«حصين» تطبيقٌ عائليٌّ يوفِّرُ مكتبةَ فيديو آمنةً ورحلاتٍ تعليميةً للأطفال، بإدارةِ الوالدين الكاملة. هذه السياسةُ تشرحُ بوضوحٍ ما نجمعُهُ ولماذا، وما لا نجمعُهُ أبداً.
ما الذي نجمعُه؟
من الوالدين
- البريدُ الإلكترونيُّ وكلمةُ المرور (لحسابِ الوالدِ فقط)
- إعداداتُ العائلة: الموافقات، القنواتُ المحظورة، جداولُ المشاهدة
- ملاحظاتُكم عبرَ نموذجِ «أرسل ملاحظاتك»
عن الأطفال (يُنشئُها الوالدُ ويملكُها)
- الاسمُ الأولُ والعمرُ فقط — لا بريدَ إلكترونياً، ولا هاتفَ، ولا حساباتٍ للأطفال؛ يدخلُ الطفلُ إلى مساحتِه برمزٍ يُنشئُه الوالد
- سجلُّ المشاهدةِ وتقدُّمُ الرحلاتِ التعليمية (لعرضِها للوالدِ في التقارير)
- كلماتُ البحثِ داخلَ مكتبةِ حصين
- لا يستطيعُ الطفلُ إدخالَ نصٍّ حرٍّ يصلُ إلينا: لا تعليقات، ولا رسائل، ولا نماذج
ما الذي لا نفعلُهُ أبداً
- لا إعلاناتَ في التطبيق، ولا إعلاناتٍ موجَّهةً للأطفالِ إطلاقاً
- لا نبيعُ البياناتِ ولا نشاركُها مع أطرافٍ ثالثةٍ للتسويق
- لا أدواتِ تتبُّعٍ أو تحليلاتٍ خارجية
مقاطعُ يوتيوب
تُعرَضُ المقاطعُ عبرَ مشغِّلِ يوتيوب الرسميِّ في «الوضعِ المعزَّزِ للخصوصية» (youtube-nocookie)، وقد أبلغنا Google رسمياً بأنَّ حصين خدمةٌ موجَّهةٌ للأطفال. يخضعُ تشغيلُ المقاطعِ لسياسةِ خصوصيةِ Google.
أين تُحفظُ البيانات؟
في قواعدِ بياناتٍ سحابيةٍ آمنةٍ (Supabase) بصلاحياتِ وصولٍ مقيَّدةٍ تقنياً على مستوى كلِّ عائلة.
الحذف
من داخلِ التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذفُ الحساب — حذفٌ فوريٌّ ونهائيٌّ لكلِّ بياناتِ العائلة. أو راجعْ صفحةَ حذفِ الحساب.

قياسُ الزيارات بلا ملفّاتِ تعريف
نستخدمُ Vercel Web Analytics لعدِّ الزياراتِ والصفحات: بلا ملفّاتِ تعريف (cookies)، وبلا تتبُّعٍ عبرَ المواقع.
قائمةُ الانتظار
حين تحجزُ مكانَ عائلتك نحفظُ: بريدَك الإلكتروني (لرسالةِ الإطلاق)، وأعمارَ أطفالِك بالفئاتِ العمرية (اختياري — لنعرفَ ما نُجهِّزُه أوّلاً)، ودولتَك (اختياري — لترتيبِ الإطلاق)، ورقمَ واتساب (اختياري — لرسالةِ الإطلاق فقط)، ولغةَ الصفحةِ التي استخدمتَها.
من أينَ وصلتَ إلينا
إن جئتَ من رابطٍ يحملُ مُعامِلاتِ حملةٍ (مثل utm أو gclid)، نحفظُها مع طلبِك، ومعَها الصفحةُ التي أحالتْك ومسارُ أوّلِ صفحةٍ زرتَها. نستخدمُها لمعرفةِ أيِّ إعلانٍ أوصلَك إلينا، ولا نُشاركُها مع أحد.
الاحتفاظُ والحذف
نحتفظُ ببياناتِ قائمةِ الانتظار حتى الإطلاق، ولمدّةٍ تصلُ إلى اثني عشرَ شهراً بعدَه، ما لم تُلغِ الاشتراكَ قبلَ ذلك — وعندَها نحذفُها. ولحذفِها في أيِّ وقت، راسلْنا من البريدِ نفسِه على support@haseenapp.com.

Who we are
Haseen is a family app providing a safe video library and learning journeys for children, fully managed by parents. This policy explains plainly what we collect and why — and what we never collect.
What we collect
From parents
- Email and password (the parent account only)
- Family settings: approvals, blocked channels, screen schedules
- Your notes via the Send Feedback form
About children (created and owned by the parent)
- First name and age only — no email, no phone, no child accounts; the child enters their space with a code the parent creates
- Watch history and learning-journey progress (shown to the parent in Reports)
- Search terms inside the Haseen library
- Children cannot submit free text that reaches us: no comments, no messages, no forms
What we never do
- No ads in the app — and never ads targeted at children
- No selling data, no sharing with third parties for marketing
- No third-party trackers or analytics
YouTube videos
Videos play through YouTube's official embedded player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie), and Haseen is formally designated to Google as a child-directed service. Video playback is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Where data lives
In secure cloud databases (Supabase) with per-family access enforced technically.
Deletion
In-app: Settings → Delete account — immediate, permanent erasure of all family data. Or see the account deletion page.

Cookieless visit counts
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views: no cookies, and no cross-site tracking.
The waitlist
When you reserve your family's spot we store: your email (for the launch message), your children's age bands (optional — so we know what to prepare first), your country (optional — to order the launch), a WhatsApp number (optional — for the launch message only), and the language of the page you used.
How you reached us
If you arrived from a link carrying campaign parameters (such as utm or gclid), we store them with your request, together with the referring page and the path of the first page you visited. We use them to learn which ad brought you to us, and we share them with no one.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist data until launch, and for up to twelve months afterwards, unless you unsubscribe before then — at which point we delete it. To have it deleted at any time, write to us from the same email address at support@haseenapp.com.
